BG D’zines is a mother (BG)  daughter (D) team. Mom has been making jewelry for herself for years. Standing in her work room one day I said “you make them and I will sell them.” She then taught me how to make jewelry.

With Mom living in Texas and I in Kansas we created a small inventory. I randomly selected a craft show to attend in Shawnee, KS. I packed up the car and drove the 2 hours and set up in my spot. It was a very hot sunshiny day and I did not have a tent at this time. I did have a golf umbrella.

The response to our jewelry was absolutely overwhelming. The sun beaming down on the shoppers did not seem to bother our customers. I wanted so badly to keep the shoppers at our table. In between checking out and holding the mirror, I stood beside the customers holding my golf umbrella to keep the sun off of them.

That was 7 years ago. Since that day we have been doing shows in Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Texas.

We would like to take this time to say a very special thank you to all of our customers that have kept us going. Without your positive response BG D’zines would not be possible today.
